X DAY

In Japan, their leadership is planning for the day that their bond market goes no bid. They call it X day. That is when no buyers show up for the government debt auction. Smart money says that as people flee from bonds and a devalued currency they will next run to invest in stocks. Cash and cash equivalents inside public and private companies in Japan equals over $2.4 trillion dollars!
Egypt banned gold exports last week. Why? They wanted to stop the smart money from fleeing with their assets from the country. "It (was) most likely aimed at the big guys", said a prominent news source.
NG says:
33% of the world's seven billion people are Christian, 21% Muslim and 13% Hindu. 13% speak Mandarin, 5% Spanish and 5% English. 19% are Chinese, 17% Indian and 4% American. The world's largest age bracket is 28.
2% of the world's people own 50% of it's wealth.
The smartest investor of our age lost $1 billion in bonds last quarter and said "investors buying bonds (are) making a mistake." And, "More money has been lost reaching for yield than at the point of a gun." He also pointed out that his railroad can move each ton of freight a record 500 miles on a single gallon of diesel fuel. His motto..."hire well and manage little." And, "You know when you're no longer CEO when you get in the back seat of your car and it doesn't move."
Things that should be happening aren't for many investors right now. Given global/ macro concerns like the middle east and China as well as the debacle forming with our nations and states budgets.....the US Dollar is going lower, the Treasury market is not going higher, The Saudi Stock market is crashing (when oil prices are rising) and Chinese stocks (for the bears) are not falling.
The US Stock market keeps rising.
We are told daily by almost everyone... none of this should be happening. And that oil over $100 will cause an economic recession.
