Jantelagen

"Swedes are used to low-context communication. In other words, "I say what I think and do what I say". There is no reason to beat around the bush or to spend any more words on a proposal than absolutely necessary. Jantelagen is deeply rooted in the subconsciousness of many swedes."
Lets stay focused on the facts: Because they are changing quickly...and the media prefers to talk about the menu for dinner at the WH for the big game.
1) The Fed passed China in it's holdings of US Treasuries this past month....by the end of Q/E 2 this spring... the Fed will own more GOVERNMENT DEBT than China and Japan combined. This is a SCARY Ponzi scheme....period.
2) The recent election brought the youngest House since Eisenhower in 1952. And the Senate is the oldest since the Civil War.
3) The Federal debt increased by $105 billion in January alone!! In other words we lost another $105 Billion in 31 days. More Gold anyone?
4) Green Bay's population is 100,971, the smallest of any NFL city. Is it not interesting that the biggest payrolls/ fanciest stadiums seem to not win as much?
5) Investors pulled $7 billion from emerging markets last week....because of Egypt. ...where will that cash go??
6) Steel prices have increased six times since November....up 30%.
7) In the last six months: Cotton +125%, Sugar +83%, Corn +59%, Coffee +41%, Rice +40%, Oats +37%, Copper +36%, Lumber +34%, Oil +25%, the USD -6%.
When prices rise faster than economic growth, the outcome is damaging for any population, especially for one like Egypt's.
The media tells us there is no inflation, interest rates will remain low forever, bonds are a buy and everything will be OK....except anything that isn't... is the prior presidents fault. Too many people are not doing their homework.
Certain stocks/ equity are a beneficiary of inflation. Bonds and cash are not.
Time to know what you own and shouldn't own.
Danny Boy seen here cooling his heels....thinking Sweden would be a fun place to visit.
