"You see what you want to see"

1)European banks have a $3 trillion euro funding shortfall right now....
2) Experts in Private Equity are estimating that there will be $5 to $10 trillion of distressed financial-asset sales to come in the next couple of years.
3) Ten times the amount of invest able cash is going into bonds versus stocks for the last 18 months.
4) Gold is the single best performing asset on the planet year to date and the past ten years. And almost everyone thinks it is going lower...
very very few people actually own any physical gold or silver.
5) Nobody believes the stock market can go much higher from current prices...and the vast majority of the world's largest bond investors believe interest rates are going a lot lower....
6) Few understand what debasement of a currency means...or that printing of new dollars to pay current debt results in a dilution of a currencies purchasing power.

The good news? We think Americans have moved the "issue of debt" to the forefront of the debate and concerns for the long term health of the country. We have more folks running for office this autumn than in 35 years.

Our goals are to define materiality:

Stay current with world events, stay out of troubled assets and managements, wait out our turn for all the dust to settle and have extreme patience.....

By next spring...we will have new leadership in this country, higher taxes, a reversal of the bond market, gold screaming higher as well as oil, an intense flight to safety and quality including hard assets (already under accumulation) and a higher stock market.

The most successful basketball coach ever had three main ideals: a) Be in the best possible physical condition b) Have the most quickness of and over any opponents c) Teamwork..."you better play together as a team or you sit."

The USA equity market remains by far the best performing material stock market in the world. We think it is beginning to recognize REAL CHANGE COMING.
