Youth

One of the advantages of Youth is that the young don't know what they don't know. While a savvy veteran might abandon a project when obstacles arise, the novice will soldier on, and sometimes get the job done, despite the odds. This may be one of the most important advantages that companies from rapidly developing economies have as they strive to become global leaders. A recent survey in China amongst female students, 85% said that "wealth" is the most important consideration when It comes to a potential spouse, ranking far ahead of all other concerns.

We think all three of these points are linked. It is important to a) Have all the facts available. b) Work with a balance of experience and boldness c) Realize that money and greed is something that can get out of control and know when to leave a trend.
