The money supply is now out of the Central Banks control. The Global derivative market is growing three times faster than GDP and totals 800% of Global GDP. There is no risk premium built in the markets right now...this might begin to build shortly...as earnings are released, guidance for 2007 will be conservative at best and the debate over Iraq will consume far too much energy in the following months.
