Worry About Tomorrow..Tomorrow

It sure has been exciting in sports lately....and investing....the two are related. There is always a winner and loser as well as streaks come and go...but most exciting are always the new comers.

The coach for the professional basketball team said, "We watched the film (from the Boston game) and saw he had tendencies we desperately needed and decided we got to try this because the other stuff isn't working." Of course a record for the quickest 200 points in NBA history followed.

Earnings for the S&P 500 have increased 75% since 2000. The Stock market is unchanged. Price to earnings ratios have contracted...for many reasons.

The CFO for one of the nations largest banks said, "The nice thing about shutting down a business (unit) like we did with our proprietary trading business is..it shouldn't produce losses any more...so that should work out nicely for us."

Not much stock for sale....nor any gold or oil ...our continued benchmarks for demand in general.
