What Is Next?

Now that the dust is settling after the new year rush into stocks and the other side of the trade research comes out supporting and suggesting the rally is over and the negatives for owning stock are in front of us..buyer beware...too far too fast....a big correction in February is pending and a buy the dip trade with a second half of the year severe correction is the pending forecast....

Others say//The peak oil folks are being put to shame...America will never be energy independent. China is reporting inaccurate numbers so their continued under performance is the trend.... Interestingly the WSJ reported today that local ownership of Chinese equity on their mainland is at an all time low. Others suggesting the Japanese equity rally can out run their poor demographics and over bearing government debt load.

We know for certain real estate appears to have material cash buyers globally.....as hard assets and many "related" commodities are very well bid. And inventories are very very low.

We personally do not know many who own stocks// much less talks about it. They do own a lot of cash and bonds.

Inflation is growing....following increased taxes on everything everywhere..the folks who voted for all this are no where even near understanding the ramifications of their successes.....and how it will effect their households.

We think too much attention is given to the 2008-2009 crash and suggesting that is the bogey from which the current equity run is measured against...
If the stock market trades to new highs there just simply is too much not invested that will be forced to chase....the bubble in bonds will soon begin to migrate into stocks....but take years....
