Demand Growth

Posted by Picasa
An easy summary would be: Record cash on the sidelines earning nothing $7.3 trillion, record short interest, over weighted in financials trying to pick a bottom, over weighted in technology hoping for a 1990's like rally, hoping for "growth stocks" to lead the way, underweight China, Brazil and India, and especially under weight oil, nat gas and coal because of the bubble....

This is what the vast majority of investors are doing right now....and of course they are all losing money year to date...

The rest of the world (ROW) is completely sold out....and running hard....this is why oil is up as well as everything else..DEMAND GROWTH....of course Obama says other wise...Hillary even suggests she would "dismantle OPEC." Incredible....neither will be our next President and if they ran together it would be even more laughable.

30,000 Saudi Arabians were in the USA with education visa's prior to 9/11, post 2001 it fell to 3,000 per year...now it is up to 15,000 per year....it has to go higher as soon as possible.. S.A. has never been more important to the USA and it's next generation of leaders. Last year there were 42,000 student visa's for the Chinese as a comparison..up from 20,000 in 2003. Today there are 250,000,000 Arabs in MENA and most are under the age of 35 years old. The value of all the stocks traded on the Saudi Stock market is equal to the current market cap of Exxon..$480 billion. There have been more new stock offerings on that exchange year to date than all of last year for the second year in a row. The BRIC countries accounted for 39% of all global public offerings volume last year.

Americans need to wake up, lower taxes not raise them and realize that more people are getting richer, freer, than the world has ever seen, and all at the same time. In addition this is the most peaceful time of our species' existence.

By the way Indonesia a member of OPEC (222 million people) is considering quitting OPEC because the nation is no longer a net oil exporter..."our wells are drying" they said this week...

Oil Bubble?? We don't think so----
