"I've Got Nothing That's Not Sold"

A John Deere dealership said last week, "everything is popular right now, across the board new and used."

So many bears, record short interest, bubble this bubble that....Turn the TV off and stop listening to the media and people running for office.

Americans are living in a dream right now...investors need to get off shore...and see the rest of the world. Dubai will be bigger than NYC in five years. Wealth is compounding tax free in the UAE...trillions of current dollars and tens of trillions of future free cash flow. The Indians, Chinese and South Americans (billions of people) are living a new life style they only dreamed of a few years ago.....so hundreds of millions of people now entering the middle class.....working hard and consuming.....most new construction in Dubai is sold out when it hits the market by noon...all airlines, hotels and restaurants are sold out everyday....local inflation is running plus 10%.

Global shortages from decades of under investment are showing themselves from food to equipment...this is a trend and the reflation/ repricing of these goods and services is underway.

We had a saying in our old company....debt always stops growth. And debt is clearly slowing some sectors of the USA. But not all....continue to avoid financials!

Politicians are missing this new reality and spending beyond their means as are many Americans...

Did you know that not one elected official of Congress has visited our most important friends in Saudi Arabia in the past year! Big mistake!! President Bush will be making his second visit next week to see the King...in as many months....first ever for a US President.

It should be no surprise oil trades higher.....there is no demand destruction as the majority of the world's "users" are subsidized by their local governments.

The ROW is growing two to five times faster then the "old developed" world...so investors have to go where the growth is.....best performing markets unsurprisingly are China, India, Brazil and the UAE. This is our focus.
