Waiting and Watching

Barkly seen here is watching (capital preserving) and waiting. This market is telling you to preserve your capital, forcing one to trade more (reduce risk) and wait to determine its next direction.

The institutional money and hedge funds have not yet capitulated...it could happen tomorrow or it could happen next October....but it has not happened yet...

We are changing course and not going to fight the tape.

Favorites could get even less expensive...but you have to be in a position to buy them......
