Now It's Tomorrow

For those well read on current events (not many are) the big picture is right on cue as they say.....
"Retail" investors have pulled money out of the stock market nine of the last ten months. $28 billion in March, $25 billion in February, last October (the near low) $72 billion. And of course where did all this "cash" go? Bonds.....now getting killed....As the dollar begins it's correction..money is piling into hard assets (and creditor asset rich nations)...oil, coal and emerging markets.

A reporter on the Chrysler bail out noted, debt holders opposed to the plan said "the government has risked overturning the rule of law and practices that have governed our world leading bankruptcy code for decades". Of course what he is taking about is Obama giving junior
creditors seniority over senior secured debt holders....and then handed a majority of the company to the UAW. The future here too.....is unfolding as power in WDC, LLC remains literally unchecked and it's abuse probably unprecedented. Heath care is next, hydrocarbons once above $100 bbl will follow. There is nothing worse than breaking contracts......and the (one term) President is leading the way....

Making money INVESTING NOT TRADING is becoming difficult as the opportunities continue to narrow. Long term targets have to be what WDC, LLC is furthest from it's near term target list....the tape seems to confirm this.....technology is leading on a relative basis but that is always for traders.....and of course we have maybe put in a relatively rare V bottom.....just as no one would have guessed such market action....

IBD notes: "The Nasdaq is on tract to finish with an eighth straight up week. That's not unprecedented, but also uncommon.. In the past 22 years, the Nasdaq has made eight week gains only six times. Only three of those times, the streaks extended past the eighth week. Just twice in the 22 year period, a stretch as powerful as the current one occurred.

Note-worthy: Of the 20 largest public companies in the USA, we are invested in 5...four of the top six.....and only three more in the next top 40. The market from our perspective is incredibly narrow right now.....and yes over bought...

Danny Boy seen here, remembers... thinking last May of selling and going away....
