Always Read and Do Your Homework

A new smart friend of mine said to me the first week I moved to NYC (a long time ago) to work in the World Trade Centers that if I was going to be in the business of Wall Street then you need to read cover to cover Barron's every weekend and the WSJ everyday. There is no question with the global markets and instant access to information all over the world investors have a lot to absorb.
But nothing summarizes the daily and weekly activities better than these two publications. And believe it or not we would venture most investors do not read them because: 1) They are only traders and really don't care about details. 2) Most people don't read papers anymore period 3) Most investors are not doing their homework anymore.
Keep an eye on Uranium. As oil, coal and natural gas are putting in a big base after a nice correction...Uranium has continued to go straight up...CCJ looks more interesting long term now after tax loss selling.
Barkly seen here is exhausted. Finally November is over...what a month!
